For your enjoyment and safety, all visitors are bound by the terms and conditions below:

Temperature checks for visitors and staff are mandatory

The visitor should stand and wait in line leaving 2 metres space and respect their turn.

All visitors are required to wear a face mask & gloves to ensure the safety of everyone at the Centre

Smart payments are recommended to avoid contact

Sanitizer points are available around the Centre

Smoking (this includes e-cigarettes) is prohibited in all areas of the Centre, which is in line with the Kuwaiti Laws concerning the ban on smoking in public areas.

Male and female visitors are required to wear proper and conservative attire while at the Centre. Shorts, skirts and dresses exposing the knees and sleeveless shirts are not permitted.

The Centre’s management requests visitors to refrain from eating or drinking in the galleries. Visitors are welcome to enjoy food and beverages in our cafes and restaurants. 

Please refrain from touching any exhibit that is not part of an interactive display.

The visitor is not to lean on any of the exhibits or displays. 

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

No animals are allowed inside the Centre.

Conduct deemed destructive or potentially damaging to the exhibits, or behaviour that disrupts the enjoyment of the museums by other visitors is strictly prohibited. 

The visitor is solely responsible for protecting his belongings and property for as long as they are at the Centre. The Centre is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

The distribution of collaterals, solicitation of services or funds, or the usage of the Centre for marketing campaigns is not permitted unless prior approvals have been granted by the management. 

No professional photography and equipment are allowed in the Centre without prior notice and approval.

Photography is permitted using smart phone cameras, except in designated areas where photography restrictions may apply.

The use of selfie sticks may damage exhibits and is therefore not permitted inside any gallery. 

The following items are not permitted in the Centre: bicycles, scooters, tricycles or skateboards. 

No drugs, alcohol, weapons of any type or other items that are deemed dangerous are allowed in the Centre.

The visitor should stand and wait in line and respect their turn.

The visitor should comply with the Centre’s health and safety policies and procedures.

Strollers are permitted in all galleries unless otherwise noted.

In the event of non-compliance with the Centre’s terms and conditions, including the mistreatment of the employees, the necessary legal action will be taken.
